Organized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and the UP Film Institute, Interseksiyon examined the connections between Philippine literature, cinema, and the Filipino language across a century of filmmaking. The two-day conference brought together scholars, writers, and filmmakers to discuss adaptation, popular culture, national identity, and artistic exchange, alongside screenings of related films.
